I wasn't around until the early 50's ...Ann. I wasn't around until the early 50's but I was dragged up on Johnny Ray (he used to cry I believe) and Tommy Steele, and Guy Mitchell...I love Red Sails in the Sunset and Dean Martin, Nat King Cole and so on...I know the lyrics to most of them off by heart even now. Mum used to bop to all her favourites with me in her arms and I guess it rubbed off. Perry Como, Sinatra, Matt Munro they are all fixed in my head. Such fab music and it seems, fab times in many ways. Thanks for the memories...a good title for a song I think. :) Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
